About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact between Climb and assigned vendors
- Manage vendor communications, check-in meetings, sales performance, pipeline, promotions, and strategic initiatives
- Execute vendor go-to-market strategy targeting IPP/ICP
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth targets
- Review sales activity, bookings, pipeline reports, and forecast opportunities
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and vendor product adoption opportunities
- Recruit and enable reseller partners
- Educate partners on vendor solutions, pricing programs, incentives, and competitive differentiators
- Support reseller sales teams throughout the sales cycle
- Manage daily sales pipeline opportunities, open quotes, and deal registrations
- Prepare pipeline reports and sales forecasts
- Maintain vendor product, licensing, pricing, quoting, ordering, and deal-registration expertise
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for assigned vendors
- Train field and inside sales teams and reseller partners
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, workshops, email initiatives, and promotions
- Track marketing-generated leads and measure campaign effectiveness
- Resolve vendor, reseller, delivery, pricing, licensing, support, fulfillment, and order-related issues
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
- Develop strategic business plans to increase market share and sales performance
- Host Quarterly Business Reviews
- Attend industry events, present vendor solutions, coordinate trade-show participation, and generate opportunities through event engagement
