About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Manage Clinch’s CRM, including reports, analytics, accurate CRM records, sales documents, contracts, proposals, and customer information
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, travel, demonstrations, and other client-related logistics
  • Support sales representatives throughout the sales cycle with prospects, clients, and cross-departmental teams
  • Establish regular bi-directional lead and pipeline reporting with marketing stakeholders for growth-oriented sales-marketing initiatives
  • Generate and process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate sales activities, reporting, and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, organization, and efficiency
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales operations or a related role within the ad tech industry
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Must be willing and able to work from the Manhattan office at least three days a week
