About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead delivery objectives for key accounts and interact with clients at a senior level
  • Support the Program Director and Program Associate to ensure successful program delivery
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and deliver structured program management
  • Lead client meetings for new program scope and setup
  • Map program timelines and develop detailed project plans for program launch
  • Maintain regular client dialogue throughout program delivery
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver programs within scope
  • Deliver program-specific KPIs, budgetary targets, and account relationship objectives
  • Identify scope enhancements and new business opportunities through client engagement
  • Contribute to divisional revenue and profit targets
  • Deliver account plans for existing and future service offerings
  • Follow and create operational procedures for pharmacovigilance workflows, order processing, logistics, regulatory scoping, and client setup documents
  • Manage program updates and implement them through defined change control processes
  • Ensure relevant teams are trained on program updates
  • Create project plans, host client calls, maintain minutes, resolve challenges, and maintain two-way client communication
  • Achieve account-specific budgets in line with forecasts and explain variances
  • Work with Program Associates to create reports on activity, performance, outcomes, and contracted KPIs
  • Analyze client satisfaction outcomes and identify solutions
  • Deliver Program Management solutions supporting new and existing business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role with a need to manage relationships with key accounts; highly preferable within the pharmaceutical services space
  • History of success in utilising project management skills
  • Strong financial acumen, with an ability to demonstrate commercial awareness, including negotiation skills
  • Degree, with preference from the Science or Business background
  • A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate the team, effectively manage customer expectations and build strategic partnerships with clients
  • A solution focused, methodical approach in driving business results
  • Organised, with a bias for taking initiative and maintaining high personal standards including good project planning and management skills
  • Comfortable being able to make decisions with a lack of clarity
  • Resilience within a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to adapt, with an enjoyment for a diverse workload focused on multiple programs and projects
