About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases
Develop, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Python, SQL, or other analytical tools
Reconcile data across financial and operational systems and identify data integrity issues
Work with Finance, Operations, company leadership, and other business leaders to define data requirements and develop reporting dashboards
Identify opportunities to automate manual financial reporting and analytical processes
Develop data-quality checks and controls to improve accuracy and consistency
Partner with IT and data teams to improve data structures, reporting processes, and system integrations
Support financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and business decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Experience working in a services organization
A background in finance (FP&A)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and financial modeling
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is highly preferred
Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
Experience automating recurring reports and analytical processes
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations from ERP systems, CRM systems and other enterprise data systems is a plus
High attention to detail, timelines, organization and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter who excels in a team environment
