About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and contribute to multi-channel regional marketing programs across the customer journey
  • Support campaigns, website and social promotions, press releases, promotional materials, ads, webinars, events, prospect lists, and customer communications
  • Support market-based tactics and SMART success measurements aligned with integrated marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing initiatives for tradeshows, regional events, and customer programs
  • Develop and align event content, messaging, and campaign assets across stakeholders and channels
  • Support lead capture, nurturing, and coordination for demand generation
  • Ensure regional materials align with corporate brand, positioning, messaging, internal review processes, QARA regulations, FDA QSR, and ISO13485
  • Organize and maintain multimedia assets in Brand Central and approvals in Files Hub
  • Collaborate with global digital marketing, regional marketing, GTM, sales, product, and business development teams
  • Measure campaign, ad, event, tradeshow, funnel, lead generation, and pipeline performance
  • Support regional marketing spend tracking and provide input on business-impacting activities
  • Use data, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and AI-powered tools to improve targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, campaign execution, and performance
  • Maintain competitor and market awareness and recommend ways to strengthen brand and campaigns
  • Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows and share AI-tool best practices
  • No supervisory responsibilities; 0 direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years experience in marketing communications and campaign creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated experience working in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience supporting or coordinating trade shows, customer events, or conferences
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in regional marketing focused on content generation, lead generation, awareness campaigns, and supporting product launches/releases/EOL/EOS
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to inform optimization decisions
  • Multi-channel healthcare B2B lead generation experience preferred
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions preferred
  • Ability to communicate with and present to clinical and technical experts and leadership preferred
  • Experience with laboratories, medical devices, or healthcare information systems preferred
  • Experience in event-driven pipeline generation strategies preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content creation, campaign execution, or productivity workflows
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and brand alignment
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt new digital tools and workflows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking and strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Up to 50% travel may be required
  • Moderate lifting/carrying of 15–44 lbs. may be required
