About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage service calls for assigned Key Accounts and Clopay National Accounts clients, including dispatch, quoting, and project management
  • Ensure knowledge of customer expectations and pricing programs
  • Coordinate timely dispatch and accurate quote submission
  • Select vendors appropriately and proactively manage dispatch follow-up
  • Maintain internal and external communication with systems and key contacts
  • Perform Service Project Coordinator/Project Manager duties
  • Fill in on the on-call rotation when needed
  • Lead and develop the Key Account Team to exceed productivity and quality targets
  • Coach associates using monitored calls and service dispatch metrics
  • Identify and resolve disciplinary and performance issues
  • Conduct semi-annual reviews and monthly one-on-one meetings
  • Work with the Service Department Supervisor to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage service support systems and staffing levels
  • Undertake special projects assigned by senior management
  • Support Service Department and company needs
  • Approve worked hours and benefit time according to payroll processes
  • Monitor call aging and unresolved expenses
  • Participate in development, training, and 30/60/90-day reviews for new associates
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly Ideas meetings
  • Manage the team to achieve defined profitability expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two to Four years of management experience
  • Four year college degree preferred
  • Coaching skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be part of and lead a team
  • Ability to work unscheduled hours when required
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to commute to Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705
  • Work location is in person
