About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Unify release orchestration roadmap end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through specification, launch, and iteration
  • Define developer-facing AI-native capabilities across the CloudBees platform
  • Partner with engineering on release processes, deployment models and strategies, API design, and integrations with existing developer tools
  • Drive 0-to-1 product initiatives by identifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and shipping products
  • Own developer experience through clean primitives, documentation, fast time-to-value, and predictable production behavior
  • Engage directly with customers to validate problems and test assumptions
  • Build credibility as a domain expert with customers
  • Represent product vision internally to the C-suite and externally to prospects, customers, and the developer community
  • Write product specifications and lead as a player-coach
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in product management
  • 3+ years building developer-facing products, including APIs, SDKs, platforms, or developer tools
  • 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment serving enterprise developers, platform teams, or DevSecOps buyers
  • Experience in Application Release Management, deployment automation, and governance
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-native technology stacks
  • Proven track record taking products from 0-to-1 within a larger organization and scaling them to meaningful adoption and revenue
  • Strong technical depth in API design, inference cost, and integration with developer workflows
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD
  • High bar for developer experience, documentation, time-to-value, and predictable production behavior
  • Excellent written communication and executive presence
  • Startup mentality and comfort with ambiguity, fast decisions, and shipping before perfection
  • Customer-obsessed, high-agency, truth-seeking, hard-working, excellence-driven, and receptive to direct feedback
  • Candidates local to Denver, CO must be willing to work on-site 3 days per week
