About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagements
Map customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains
Demonstrate how CloudBees Unify layers governance and evidence across existing tools without rip-and-replace
Translate technical requirements into solutions addressing audit readiness and safe adoption of AI-generated code
Contribute to architecture discussions
Support RFPs and security questionnaires
Bridge customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering
Bring field insight back to shape the product roadmap
Stay current on DevOps and AI-assisted development trends, the competitive landscape, and CloudBees product updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
Fluent Hebrew and English; discovery, demos, and technical workshops conducted in both languages
Strong command of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and executives
Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving company
Nice to have: background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE
Nice to have: familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, and change management
Nice to have: experience selling or supporting SaaS or platform products
