About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including press releases, supplemental financial information, prepared remarks, Q&A preparation, and investor decks
Build and maintain the consensus model using sell-side estimates and internal forecasts
Support guidance processes, share count forecasting, sensitivity analyses, and leadership materials
Validate figures, claims, and disclosures across earnings and SEC reporting materials
Prepare earnings Q&A materials and live-call backup information
Coordinate post-earnings analyst callback programs
Support engagement with sell-side analysts and institutional investors
Plan and run investor events, conferences, investor visits, and non-deal roadshows
Prepare executive briefing materials for investor meetings
Maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and IR website content
Analyze shareholder ownership and support investor targeting
Support annual Investor Day planning, content, validation, registration, and logistics
Contribute to peer benchmarking, competitive analyses, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic finance analyses
Synthesize analyst coverage, peer results, investor sentiment, and industry trends for leadership
Build and maintain models, dashboards, trackers, and validation tools
Use AI-native tooling and automation to improve IR speed, accuracy, and insight

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, or equity investing
Strong financial modeling skills, including operating models, consensus models, and share count and dilution forecasts
Solid understanding of financial statements, public-company reporting, and valuation
Strong written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Communications
Fluency with modern AI tooling and a track record of using it to amplify impact
Sound judgment with confidential information, including awareness of materiality, fair disclosure, and Reg FD, or strong willingness to learn
Genuine interest in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or AI, and public markets
