About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain agent-ready curated datasets end-to-end
- Provide analytics support and strategic perspective to business partners
- Partner with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to answer key business problems with data
- Review merge requests created by human team members and agents
- Gather requirements and define, build, and maintain pipelines and metrics
- Present digestible, actionable data stories to help stakeholders understand analytical insights
- Serve as a trusted data advisor to business partners and technical coach to peers
- Shape AI-first data models, workflows, and agent-ready datasets for growth and adoption analytics initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
- Demonstrable proficiency with analytics-relevant AI tooling
- 4+ years of experience in centralized data analytics teams working closely with business stakeholders
- Expert-level proficiency writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, including window functions and common table expressions (CTEs)
- Experience performance-tuning complex queries and managing analysis workflows against petabyte-scale datasets
- 3+ years of experience working in version-control environments using GitLab or GitHub
- 2+ years of experience with job orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, as a pipeline developer and reviewer
- 2+ years of experience with data ingestion and transformation frameworks such as dbt, Fivetran, or custom platforms
- Experience translating business questions into analysis frameworks, business recommendations, and stakeholder presentations
- Initiative, curiosity, strong stakeholder engagement, and empathy
- Offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
