About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain executive dashboards and self-serve reporting systems providing real-time visibility into deal terms, discount thresholds, win/loss rates, and margin performance across all regions
Work with stakeholders to refine ideas and goals into queries for automation
Partner with Finance, Infrastructure, and Deal Desk leadership to analyze historic and active pricing data and support margin preservation
Build and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines extracting data from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems and transforming it into semantic models
Integrate structured deal data into Deal Desk tools to automate routine approvals and surface real-time pricing optimizations
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
Enable the Deal Desk team to use data products for faster, data-driven negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a technical RevOps role
Experience incorporating data into AI workflows, utilizing LLM orchestration frameworks, or building predictive models
Expert-level SQL
Deep proficiency in modern data visualization and BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or PowerBI
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
Hands-on experience building ELT/ETL pipelines, interacting with APIs, and cleaning raw data
Experience designing analytical data models for financial and SaaS business analysis, including margins, discount rates, ARR, and NRR
Familiarity with cloud data platforms and interest in edge computing/serverless architectures, including Cloudflare Workers, R2, and D1
Domain expertise in CRM data structures, especially Salesforce custom objects, CPQ complexities, and the quote-to-cash lifecycle
Exceptional communication skills bridging technical data systems and strategic Finance operations
Nice to have: background working closely with Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Strategy teams at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Nice to have: familiarity with data transformation frameworks and orchestration tools such as Airflow
Nice to have: familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other analytics databases
