About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and developer for Cloudflare’s O2C and R2R technology stack
Manage user provisioning, role-based access control, security settings, and application environments
Monitor application performance and reliability and manage incident workflows to meet Finance ticket SLAs
Provide Tier 3 support and end-user enablement for financial system issues
Own integrations across QTC, O2C, and R2R lifecycles
Design, build, and deploy billing schedules, journal entry automations, revenue allocation scripts, and API integrations
Lead evaluation, implementation, and governance of native AI features in the financial stack
Monitor vendor updates and roadmaps, lead impact assessments, manage upgrades, and educate Finance stakeholders
Translate Finance and Accounting business requirements into system solutions
Design and deliver workflows for invoice routing, dunning, intercompany eliminations, and month-end close
Build scalable architectures for recurring billing, usage-based consumption models, and global consolidations
Partner with Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance to maintain IT General Controls and data governance
Execute quarterly access reviews and enforce Segregation of Duties
Ensure AI features, scripts, and data-sharing protocols comply with SOX, maintain data integrity, and support audit readiness
Maintain system architecture documentation, process maps, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development and administration, with a strong focus on Financial ERPs
Deep, proven experience configuring, administrating, and developing in NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically O2C and R2R/GL modules
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data flows across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report ecosystems
Experience with platform-native scripting languages such as NetSuite SuiteScript highly preferred
Familiarity with deploying, testing, or administering AI and machine learning features within SaaS platforms for financial operations
Extensive experience in a strict SOX-compliant public company environment
Experience managing quarterly access reviews, defining Segregation of Duties for accounting operations, and defending system controls to audit teams
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), and Record-to-Report processes, including global consolidations and month-end close
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with Finance/Accounting leadership
