About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the team’s general workflow and assist in implementing Network Strategy
Create and maintain operational trackers
Prioritize resource assignments for deployment and build projects
Review invoices in Coupa and reconcile them with tracking data
Monitor and report on legal contract processing to ensure timely execution
Ensure Jira projects have owners and are tracked through completion
Assist with Purchase Requisitions and Orders processing
Onboard partners and update contact information
Help build capabilities to convert workflows into always-on, continuous forecasts
Support the Infrastructure Strategy team with strategic commercial and settlement-free network bandwidth partners
Build external and internal relationships that enable Cloudflare to scale and reach user populations worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Previous experience with multiple vendor interface systems
Ability to quickly learn new systems and work between different systems
Experience with Coupa, Ironclad, JIRA, and Google Spreadsheets
Ability to work through problems and develop workable, realistic solutions
Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required
