About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the distribution and delivery of data center hardware to and from data centers within the region
- Work closely with Cloudflare’s Infrastructure team, external vendors, and partners
- Develop and implement consistent processes and performance measurements using business intelligence and AI tools
- Support global infrastructure projects including data center expansions, hardware renewals, reverse logistics, and spare parts fulfillment
- Coordinate warehousing providers, freight forwarders, importer of record partners, customs brokers, and data center partners
- Coordinate external hardware manufacturers, rack integrators, and contract vendors across time zones
- Collaborate with Data Center Engineering, Capacity Planning, Trade Compliance, Hardware Sourcing, and Procurement teams
- Support partners within a complex and fast-moving global supply chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary degree in a technical or business management field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with global supply chains and logistics
- Ability to learn fast and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to recognize areas for improvement in operational processes in a rapidly changing environment
- Python, LLM usage and AI tooling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting data centers or other networking/IT hardware and infrastructure is desirable, but not required
- Multilingual ability, preferably Spanish, is desirable but not required
- Offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
