About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management
Coach, develop, and hold the team accountable
Set priorities, clarify ownership, and execute workforce planning to expand team capabilities and capacity
Oversee the operating model connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, L11 rack production, and deployment readiness
Establish operating reviews, escalation mechanisms, and metrics for schedule adherence, material readiness, supplier capacity, and ERP data accuracy
Lead contributions to new rack architectures and L11 new product introductions with Hardware Engineering and Infrastructure Operations
Govern BOM consistency and integration test requirements
Influence structured cabling and data center standards
Manage relationships with global L11 integration suppliers, including performance reviews, capacity commitments, and escalations
Partner with Hardware Sourcing on regional expansion, commercial negotiations, and L11 operating-budget governance
Develop and scale rack integration programs, improve lifecycle execution, and reduce deployment complexity
Partner across Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Logistics, and Hardware Sourcing to establish controls and scale successful pilots into global operations
Optimize enterprise workflows, including Oracle ERP, for documented, repeatable, data-driven operations
Promote responsible AI-assisted analysis and automation for operational efficiency, decision quality, and executive reporting
Develop long-term strategy for global integration capacity, rack lifecycle operations, integration capabilities, and data center standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in people management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and scaling multidisciplinary operational or technical teams
Broad experience leading hardware manufacturing, supply-chain operations, systems integration, or hyperscale infrastructure programs across external contract manufacturers, ODMs, or global suppliers
Operational knowledge of rack-level server, network, power, cabling, and manufacturing considerations
Demonstrated success managing supplier performance, capacity escalations, commercial reviews, and complex cross-functional programs spanning engineering, procurement, and logistics
Strong judgment in managing operational budgets, demand forecasts, production metrics, and cross-functional process development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across global time zones
Ability to travel periodically for supplier reviews
Preferred: experience with hyperscale data center deployment readiness, colocation environments, or rack lifecycle and decommissioning programs
Preferred: direct experience introducing new hardware products into contract manufacturing environments
Preferred: experience expanding hardware manufacturing or integration capabilities through controlled pilots, cross-functional readiness reviews, and operational standards
Preferred: experience optimizing data-driven operations through Oracle ERP or AI-assisted automation tooling
Preferred: track record of expanding global supplier capacity through RFPs, facility assessments, and commercial negotiations
May require authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship for an export license
