About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement ELT pipelines integrating enterprise data sources into a centralized cloud data warehouse
- Support historical data retention frameworks and automated data lifecycle management policies
- Perform ongoing data quality validation to ensure warehouse accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and remediate data integrity issues, calculation discrepancies, and record inconsistencies
- Expand the semantic data layer supporting an internal AI analytics platform while safeguarding sensitive personal information
- Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable data solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of Python and cloud-based data warehouse platforms (e.g., BigQuery) preferred
- Strong interest in data governance, information privacy, and responsible deployment of artificial intelligence systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to methodically identify and resolve data quality issues
- Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required
