About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with the Revenue Chief of Staff to drive priorities across the Office of the President of Revenue
Represent the Revenue Chief of Staff’s office in cross-functional meetings and independently drive decisions and follow-through
Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively drive work forward
Prepare executive-ready updates, briefing materials, presentations, and communications
Track decisions, commitments, and dependencies
Manage competing priorities and bring recommendations and solutions
Own GTM-wide communications, including the weekly GTM Rollup, leadership updates, and organizational announcements
Gather, validate, prioritize, and translate information into clear, actionable field communications
Plan and execute GTM leadership engagement programs, including All Hands and Leadership Unplugged
Own and improve Cloudflare’s global Field Advisory Board program
Manage the Americas and International boards, including member engagement, quarterly meetings, agendas, executive participation, and follow-through
Turn field feedback into actionable recommendations and improvements with cross-functional teams
Drive initiatives spanning Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and other functions
Identify risks and dependencies, recommend solutions, and escalate when necessary
Improve processes, leverage AI and automation, create tracking systems, and establish quality-control processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in business operations, GTM strategy and operations, executive operations, Chief of Staff support, or similar roles in a fast-paced technology environment
Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and navigating complex, cross-functional organizations
Proven ability to independently own programs or initiatives from planning through execution, including driving stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex information into clear, concise, executive-ready materials
Excellent judgment and confidence to make recommendations, challenge assumptions, and know when to escalate
Proactive mindset and ownership of problems without obvious answers
Strong execution skills and responsibility for outcomes
Comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and tight timelines
Experience using AI and automation to improve productivity and operational workflows
Low-ego, collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
