About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a portfolio of small- to medium-sized Professional Services engagements across the full project lifecycle
Lead kickoffs and status meetings and oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and final deliverables
Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact
Coordinate meetings, customer reporting, and stakeholder calls
Coordinate resource assignments with leadership based on project requirements, team skills, and availability
Align internal technical resources, partners, and customers to keep tasks, milestones, and dependencies on track
Maintain project status updates, financials, and resource forecasts in PSA tooling
Proactively manage scope changes
Track project pipelines and identify talent gaps or bottlenecks to advise on hiring and cross-training
Use AI tools to streamline status reporting, meeting summaries, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or resource management, ideally in professional services or a SaaS or cloud technology environment
Hands-on experience with PSA tools such as Certinia, Kantata, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong grasp of project management fundamentals and ability to manage several concurrent engagements
Understanding of capacity, availability, skills matching, and utilization
Experience tracking project pipelines to forecast resource needs and identify talent gaps and bottlenecks
Clear and professional customer-facing communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and align multiple teams
Comfort using AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows
Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn about, networking, security, and Cloudflare products and services
CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification is a plus
Fluency in more than one language is a plus
