About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and developer for Cloudflare’s Procurement technology stack
Manage user provisioning, role-based access control, security settings, and application environments
Monitor application performance and reliability and manage incident workflows to meet ticket SLAs
Provide Tier 3 support and end-user enablement for procurement system issues
Design, build, and deploy system enhancements, automated workflows, template generation, and API integrations
Ensure data flows across Zip, Ironclad, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, and related ERP systems
Lead evaluation, implementation, and governance of native AI features in the procurement stack
Monitor vendor updates and roadmaps, lead impact assessments, manage upgrades, and educate stakeholders
Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to translate business requirements into system solutions
Design and deliver complex Procure-to-Pay, intake-routing, and contract-approval workflows
Support migration and sun-setting of Coupa while maintaining business continuity
Maintain IT General Controls, data governance, quarterly access reviews, Segregation of Duties, audit readiness, system documentation, process maps, and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field
5-7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development and administration, with a strong focus on Procurement/P2P systems
Deep, proven experience configuring and developing in Zip, Ironclad, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules, and Coupa
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data flows across intake, CLM, and ERP ecosystems
Experience with scripting and building complex conditional workflows
Familiarity with deploying, testing, or administering AI and machine learning features within SaaS platforms for contract lifecycle and spend management
Extensive experience working in a SOX-compliant environment
Experience managing quarterly access reviews and defining Segregation of Duties for procurement operations
Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Contract Lifecycle Management business processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with Procurement leadership
Offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
