About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates, championing inclusive processes.
Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in Greenhouse ATS and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function.
Partner closely with People Business Partners, Coordinators, and business leaders to support growth of Tech teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a strong preference for experience in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.
Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process and helping to build diverse, high-performing teams.
Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
Ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A highly collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
