Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – APAC

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a talent advisor and go-to-market specialist for Cloudflare’s APAC team
- Drive expansion of hiring across the APAC region
- Operate autonomously using market expertise, AI-driven strategies, and an extensive network
- Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies for high-performing teams
- Develop proactive pipeline strategies and conduct passive candidate outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs, and compensation teams
- Partner with internal automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate manual tasks and optimize outreach workflows
- Synthesize complex market data to inform regional talent strategies
- Leverage recruitment analytics, including time-to-hire and source efficiency, to guide operational decisions
- Negotiate and close top-tier candidates
- Ensure clear communication and proactive engagement throughout the interview lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep market expertise and extensive network in APAC talent acquisition
- Ability to build and execute comprehensive talent strategies
- Extensive sourcing channels and industry contacts
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to leverage automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing environments, and LLMs for complex boolean logic, market mapping, and productivity multiplication
- Strong organizational skills and candidate experience focus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across the region
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and self-direction
- This position may require authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
