About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as its dedicated Technical Program Manager
Lead the integrated IL4 roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence
Connect with stakeholders through expert communication and diplomacy to maintain alignment and encourage collaboration
Establish and maintain a program operating cadence, including roadmap, governance forums, decision log, risk/issue register, communications plan, and executive reporting
Build automations and AI agents to handle routine program administration at scale
Use AI platforms to consolidate diverse project streams into unified roadmaps and generate initial metrics, status updates, and executive reporting dashboards
Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities by identifying tradeoffs early, applying risk-based judgment, and balancing long-term compliance objectives with urgent security needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in technical program management
Experience in cybersecurity or security program management in a technical, fast-moving environment
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience
Proven track record of creating realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments with predictability
Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity and authorization frameworks, including NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD SRGs
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
Hands-on experience or strong competency leveraging AI productivity tools and development platforms to automate routine program administration, with rigorous human-in-the-loop review of AI output
Ability to manage tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity
Ability to forge and sustain effective partnerships internally and externally
Strong competency with Confluence, Jira, and various development methodologies
Embraces automation and AI augmentation
Experience working with multiple time zones and cross-functional teams
Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required
