About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Data Security products as a Software Engineer
Build new functionality into APIs and distributed code
Ensure the performance and reliability of services ingesting millions of data points each day
Help customers gain visibility into Cloud/SaaS security opportunities, network traffic trends, and product use
Collaborate with a team of engineers to solve security and network visibility challenges
Work with technologies including Go, Python, Typescript, Kubernetes, Cloudflare Workers, AWS, GCP, Azure, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, React, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, ClickHouse, and BigQuery

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience building and managing reliable and performant software systems at scale, preferably with Go, Python, or Postgres
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Willingness, curiosity, and enthusiasm to learn new programming languages, technologies, and systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for making the digital world a more secure place
Export-control authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required
