About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provision, maintain, and design secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Work with the Platform Operations team to explore complex technical challenges and handle incident response
- Build and manage secure CI/CD automation
- Maintain complete and comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate with software engineers and platform design engineers across different parts of the world
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working within agile teams
- Experience using ways of working tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Good understanding of GitOps
- Knowledge of IT Security, GDPR, encryption at rest/in transit, patching, and least privilege
- Knowledge of networking, including VPNs, VPCs, Transit Gateways, routing, DNS, and firewalls
- Strong experience in public cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS (Preferred)
- Experience with containerisation and microservice architecture
- Linux systems knowledge
- Scripting in various languages
- Self-starter with initiative and a solution- and customer-focused approach
