About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct win-loss interviews with executive-level buyers in the target language and English
  • Summarize win-loss themes and communicate them clearly to clients through presentations
  • Identify opportunities for product, program, and process improvement within program management
  • Assist program managers in developing strong client relationships
  • Design and conduct survey-based research
  • Ensure client adoption of Clozd software and key win-loss findings
  • Work 20 hours per week on language- and client-time-zone-based shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years of full-time work experience
  • Min. BA/BS degree from a top-tier institution, with a superb academic record
  • Native or near-native fluency in French or Spanish (preferred), or German or Japanese (also considered)
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully within a team environment
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Internship or full-time experience in management consulting, technology, or market research is helpful, but not required
  • Candidates must have native-level or near-native fluency developed through living in-country, formal academic study, or a combination of both
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts based on language and client time zones
  • Must successfully pass a background check upon hiring
