About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative, document management and file support across the Legal Support team
  • Work closely with fee earners, Practice Assistants and Legal Support colleagues
  • Ensure matters are managed efficiently and deadlines are met
  • Support exceptional service delivery to internal and external clients
  • Perform matter administration and document management
  • Coordinate events and provide day-to-day business support
  • Support legal professionals across different practice areas and gain exposure to legal support activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous office-based administration experience within a professional services or corporate environment
  • Experience working with document management and/or case management systems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach with a positive can-do attitude
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
