Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing or assisting with Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and attending hearings
  • Ability to provide commercially focused day-to-day employment law advice on disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, and contract queries
  • Exposure to employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and drafting employment-related provisions in share purchase agreements and service agreements
  • Confident direct client liaison with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong legal drafting skills, including client-facing correspondence, advice notes, and employment contracts/policies
  • Understanding of business development and willingness to engage in networking, thought leadership, and practice growth
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload balancing litigation and advisory work
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to support employment and commercial teams
  • Interest in developing expertise in sectors such as insurance, healthcare, transport, energy, or infrastructure
