About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
  • Draft interrogatories and document demands.
  • Review documents in preparation for litigation.
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
  • Represent US and foreign insurance companies in complex, high-value, and high-profile coverage litigation and market conduct (bad faith) matters throughout the United States.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Admitted to practice in Florida.
  • 2–4 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials: Law Review and/or Honors.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
