About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain a busy caseload
- Draft, update, and maintain spreadsheets tracking case status
- Assist with document review, organization, production, and privilege logs
- Assist with depositions and exhibit preparation
- Review court dockets and electronic filing notifications
- Assist counsel with all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial
- Prepare pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, trial lists, and other litigation documents
- Intake and organize voluminous document production from clients, opposing parties, and non-parties
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of litigation experience is preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with court websites and efiling procedures
- Well-developed organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in workload
- Strong academic credentials
