About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist fee earners on complex, high-value catastrophic injury claims
  • Manage an own caseload of lower-value matters, where appropriate
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents and court forms
  • Review medical records and prepare chronologies and summaries
  • Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholders
  • Support case strategy and trial preparation
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards
  • Work alongside leading lawyers on complex, high-value personal injury claims
  • Support exceptional client service on catastrophic injury matters, including brain and spinal injury cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal within defendant personal injury
  • Ideally, exposure to catastrophic injury or large loss claims
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Proactive, team-focused approach
  • Genuine interest in complex injury work
