About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist fee earners on complex, high-value catastrophic injury claims
- Manage an own caseload of lower-value matters, where appropriate
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and court forms
- Review medical records and prepare chronologies and summaries
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders
- Support case strategy and trial preparation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards
- Work alongside leading lawyers on complex, high-value personal injury claims
- Support exceptional client service across a varied catastrophic injury caseload
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Paralegal within defendant personal injury
- Ideally, exposure to catastrophic injury or large loss claims
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Proactive, team-focused approach
- Genuine interest in complex injury work
