Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 6 PQE ideally; PQE levels are a guide and suitable candidates will be considered
  • Excellent legal skills and initiative
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a full and varied caseload
  • Significant relevant experience in defended clinical negligence practice, including medical malpractice
  • Experience dealing with multimillion-pound matters
  • Experience working within the healthcare sector
  • Current practising certificate required for practising solicitors under the Solicitors Act 1974
  • Successful completion of a Training Contract or equivalent
  • Relevant legal education: Legal Practice Course; Graduate Diploma in Law if a non-law graduate; 2:1 honours degree or equivalent; A Levels
