About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and administer Microsoft Teams, channels, and user permissions
- Integrate third-party tools and ensure platform security
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Implement call-routing strategies and manage VoIP services
- Plan and execute the integration of Microsoft Teams and Cisco Call Manager
- Implement Direct Routing or use solutions such as Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams
- Continuously monitor systems to ensure availability and performance
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Implement and enforce security policies
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Conduct training for end users and IT staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Teams and Cisco Call Manager
- In-depth understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and network infrastructures
- Experience integrating Microsoft Teams and Cisco Call Manager
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
