About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with identification and tracking of units moving in the domestic program to ensure timely return to set port locations
  • Respond to emails and street turn requests for domestic customers
  • Provide clear and accurate customer support by phone
  • Update reporting matrices to provide understanding and feedback on units moving throughout the network
  • Assist with processing domestic customer invoices
  • Track units for per diem issues and billing
  • Communicate with the Equipment team to help supply potential surplus to customers
  • Support other reporting functions and daily information flow
  • Assist team members to ensure coverage and daily updates to back-office functions
  • Perform miscellaneous related duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of general work experience required
  • Attention to detail with problem solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Cost minded and willingness to take on challenges
  • Strong analytical skills
  • General skillset in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, lookups, filters, pivot tables, and graphing functions
  • Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of Fleet and Rail operations preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
