About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the Group's “Top Risks” analysis
- Analyze the Group's most strategic risks
- Prepare materials for interviews with business divisions
- Help formalize risk analysis summaries
- Provide analytical support for other risk mapping exercises
- Structure data and prepare presentation materials
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Risk function tools and methods
- Produce communication materials for the network of correspondents
- Conduct research and analysis on geopolitical, macroeconomic, and competitive risks
- Produce concise, management-ready briefing notes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (M1/M2) from a leading university or business/engineering school with international standing, specializing in Risk Management, Strategy or International Affairs
- Significant academic or professional international experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in French and English
- Understanding of risk management fundamentals, including the three lines of defense, risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and risk matrices
- Strong written and verbal analytical and summarizing skills
- Genuine interest in geopolitics and major macroeconomic issues
- Strong sensitivity to corporate governance topics, particularly ESG, the French Duty of Vigilance law (DDV), and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Intellectual curiosity, rigor, and proactivity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presence, and strong team spirit
- Keen sense of confidentiality, maturity, and autonomy
