About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and regularly update vacancy reports
  • Manage recruitment processes including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and employment contract preparation
  • Obtain hiring confirmation from HOD and Manager
  • Review job descriptions with HOD
  • Create job requisitions in MyHR and post jobs to Group LinkedIn and local job posting websites such as JobsDB by Seek
  • Screen candidates and send potential candidates to relevant parties for interviews
  • Prepare offer emails and employment contracts
  • Input new joiner data in MyHR
  • Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates in accordance with company requirements
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and implement onboarding programs
  • Support the Assistant HR Manager and HR Manager with assigned HR-related duties
  • Assist the HR Manager with learning and talent management coordination
  • Evaluate external training effectiveness and instructor performance, with recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities in the company Training System
  • Prepare and submit training reports to relevant government authorities, such as the Skill Development Department
  • Participate in special HR projects locally and regionally
  • Help organize HR activities such as staff parties, town halls, and sports activities
  • Liaise between supporting departments such as administration and finance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Training & Talent Development and Employee Engagement (preferred)
  • Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Good command of spoken and written English (Minimum TOEIC score: 750)
  • Strong project and time-management skills
  • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
