About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and update customer-facing communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and guides
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns
  • Produce content for digital channels
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across customer touchpoints
  • Support development of promotional and educational materials
  • Help map and improve the customer journey by identifying communication opportunities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback from surveys and other channels
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams
  • Assist in organizing customer events, webinars, and product launches
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-based improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Customer Experience, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data
  • Familiarity with Canva (desirable)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles (desirable)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail; curious and proactive (desirable)
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; team player with a positive attitude (desirable)
