About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, execute, and coordinate improvement and implementation projects
  • Focus projects on process design and performance, including throughput times, delivery, and quality
  • Serve as expert for a subprocess such as Inbound, Pick&Stow, or Outbound
  • Share knowledge with other warehouses
  • Work on optimization projects with central teams
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Operational teams, the Control Room, and leadership team
  • Design new processes and analyze current warehouse flow
  • Create business cases for proposed changes
  • Improve operational KPIs
  • Manage implementation projects for new products with customers
  • Identify desired changes by analyzing existing processes, procedures, and WMS systems
  • Coordinate partial implementation or improvement projects
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders
  • Report on and administer project work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum HBO (applied sciences) working and thinking level
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, consulting, or interim assignments related to logistics and supply chain in a highly automated environment
  • Experience with project-based work
  • Highly proficient with automated systems and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with the IT side of processes and functional understanding of WMS systems
  • Good command of English is required
  • Working from the office is required
  • Non-Dutch-speaking candidates are welcome
