About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Price outbound nominated reefer services via Guideline and LARA SQ to optimize volume and revenue
- Analyze performance versus allocation and apply corrective pricing actions to ensure fill factor and profitability
- Report performance and market trends through weekly highlights, weekly meetings, and ongoing communications
- Provide management with analysis regarding D&D conditions, including potential and contributions
- Analyze and present pricing strategy for tender cargo participation aligned with Line strategy
- Develop strategies with Trade Management for assigned trades to maximize revenue, cargo mix, and vessel utilization
- Set and maintain freight rates and related terms and conditions for assigned services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated analytical, logical and strategic skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Minimum of 3–5 years of industry experience required
- Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
