About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the scoping and process mapping of Managed Legal Services
- Provide project management support across multiple MLS services and projects
- Ensure effective governance, processes and defined outputs
- Use project management tools to manage and monitor service progress
- Troubleshoot service issues and maintain delivery quality
- Support financial reporting, profitability and budget tracking
- Prepare and maintain MLS standard documents and materials
- Contribute to continuous improvement and evolving ways of working
- Identify opportunities to use different firm resources
- Support development of new and bespoke MLS tools
- Assess how technology and resources can support project delivery
- Engage with lawyers and firm teams to promote the value of MLS solutions and products
- Analyse financial and other data to communicate value to stakeholders
- Monitor financial drivers and metrics to support project adherence
- Record and analyse time to track return on investment and capacity
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in professional services or the legal sector
- 2+ years’ experience in project management or service delivery
- Self-motivated and solution orientated
- Practical service delivery, project and technical examples
- Ability to prioritise work
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to confidently navigate change and unknowns
- Pro-active and results driven
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable, collaborative and able to build credible and trusted relationships
- Adaptability and a curious mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
- Experience of process mapping tools advantageous
