About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build campaign briefs for business customers
- Identify what drives engagement and what does not
- Help design and run experiments to improve demand generation, customer engagement, and scheduling rates
- Research and recommend new campaign ideas for emerging markets
- Analyze marketing and sales data to improve results
- Partner with Marketing and Compliance teams on a cross-functional project
- Recommend process improvements based on findings
- Own a real project for CNO Financial Group’s Worksite division (Optavise)
- Gain exposure to B2B2C sales enablement, sales go-to-market, and campaign strategy
- Present research, data analysis, project coordination, and recommendations at an executive level
Requirements
What you’ll need- Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields
- Rising junior or rising senior status
- Expected graduation December 2027–June 2028
- Availability to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer
- Based in, or willing to work, Central or Eastern time zone business hours
- Must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- No work visa sponsorship available for this position or future full-time employment opportunities
- Interest in the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology
- Curiosity about AI
- Coursework or concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) with a MarTech or Digital focus
- Digital Marketing Technology or Marketing Analytics programs
- Comfort working with marketing data, marketing systems, and/or a B2B sales or enablement environment
