About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel
- Post jobs and career announcements
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, including Oracle and UltiPro
- Manage Talent Acquisition shared inboxes and respond to or redirect inquiries
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, including employee referral and relocation programs
- Coordinate career fair registration and preparation
- Process invoices, candidate reimbursement claims, department cost centres, and reconciliations
- Report to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Administrators, Specialists, and the Senior Sourcing Specialist to support a positive candidate and employee experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Office Management, or another relevant area; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Working knowledge of human resources business processes and functional areas is an asset
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience working in Oracle Recruiter and/or ServiceNow is an asset
- May be required to complete a criminal record check in accordance with FCL policies
