About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including requirements gathering, milestone planning, technical solutioning, documentation, execution, and final delivery
Act as the main client-facing point of contact for technical projects
Set expectations around scope and timelines and reprioritize as needed
Collaborate with Engineering, Content, Ops/DevOps, Deployment, and client teams
Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks
Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Use Jira, Confluence, and Asana dashboards for project visibility and performance tracking
Identify and implement project delivery process improvements
Facilitate Agile processes and scrum ceremonies
Drive prioritization and foster continuous improvement within engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project or program management, with technical or digital project experience
Technical background or understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, and software deployment practices
Strong experience with Agile methodologies
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools
Proven ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams
Experience in QSR, digital signage, or retail technology industries preferred
Familiarity with Content Management platforms preferred
Experience with API-based software integrations preferred
