About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the business commercially through process-driven finance operations
- Strengthen processes and controls
- Drive automation initiatives and leverage data analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Use process mining and data analytics to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and optimization opportunities
- Act as primary design authority bridging finance operations and IT development
- Lead cross-functional change management
- Conduct pricing analysis and collaborate with commercial teams on competitive and profitable pricing decisions
- Implement strategies to minimize credit risks and lower DSO
- Resolve complex billing or deduction disputes
- Ensure customer-specific compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
- Maintain Power BI dashboards, including overdue details, DSO days, and customer/region/division-level margin
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified CMA/CA or MBA Finance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in O2C function in a large manufacturing concern
- Thorough understanding of O2C process
- Familiarity with SAP, including the CO module
- Familiarity with SAP BI
- Strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication
- Detail-oriented and team player
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI knowledge
