About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Wind cones and cops of dyed yarn according to production requirements
- Ensure winding productivity and quality meet company requirements
- Operate winding machines according to defined instructions
- Monitor the winding process and adjust tension and layers
- Check the quality of pre- and post-winding work-in-process to ensure only qualified WIP proceeds to the next step
- Keep machines, control box, and surrounding areas clean and tidy
