About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Wind cones and cops of dye-yarn according to production requirements
- Ensure winding productivity and quality meet company requirements
- Operate winding machines following defined instructions
- Monitor the winding process and adjust tension and layers
- Check pre- and post-winding work-in-process quality so only qualified WIP moves to the next step
- Keep machines, control box, and surrounding areas clean and tidy
