About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage model coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication for an active, limited-scope project
Develop and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan through closeout
Ensure data integrity, accountability, and clear project workflows
Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related deliverables and project team coordination
Own development and deployment of Design Technology and Automation tools
Build and maintain custom automation tools, Revit add-ins, and platform integrations
Develop and maintain Autodesk Forma project templates, governance standards, and data management frameworks
Build reporting dashboards and data pipelines for real-time visibility into project health, model quality, and operational metrics
Evaluate and recommend emerging Autodesk technologies and workflow tools
Develop internal documentation, training materials, and standards to support adoption of new tools
Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of BIM experience in the AEC industry, including time in a BIM Manager or BIM Lead role
Experience building automation tools, Revit add-ins, or platform integrations
Experience serving as BIM Manager for active, limited-scope projects
Experience developing and maintaining project BIM Execution Plans
Experience coordinating BIM-related deliverables and project teams
Experience developing and deploying tools to improve consistency, reduce manual work, and scale service delivery
Experience building and maintaining custom automation tools, Revit add-ins, and platform integrations
Experience developing Autodesk Forma project templates, governance standards, and data management frameworks
Experience building reporting dashboards and data pipelines
Experience evaluating Autodesk technologies and workflow tools
Experience developing internal documentation, training materials, and standards
Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead on active projects
Advanced Revit proficiency
Ability to build automation tools using Dynamo, Python, C#, or the Revit API
Strong English communication skills for coordinating with US-based stakeholders and leadership
Experience in Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and BIM/VDC services
Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Revit API, Python, C#, and Power BI
Good to have: data center, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing project experience
Good to have: reality capture and point cloud data experience
Good to have: Power BI or similar dashboard experience
Good to have: Autodesk certifications or a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or computer science
