About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively source candidates for recruiting searches
- Post open roles in Rippling and on job boards
- Manage the inbound application pipeline
- Review applications and follow up with department heads and hiring managers
- Conduct phone and video screening calls after hiring manager approval
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate hiring outcomes to all applicants, including rejections
- Support the offer process by sending job offers to selected candidates
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers across departments to keep searches moving
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
- Prior recruiting experience for construction and engineering roles
- Proactive candidate sourcing
- Experience posting roles in Rippling and on job boards
- Experience managing inbound application pipelines
- Application review and follow-up with department heads and hiring managers
- Phone and video screening experience
- Interview scheduling
- Applicant outcome communication, including rejections
- Offer process support
- Ability to work closely with HR and hiring managers across departments
- Excellent organization and proactive communication
- Great English speaking skills for an external-facing role
- Interest in a long-term recruiting career and leadership growth
- Growth mindset and ownership of the hiring process
- Experience with Rippling and ClickUp preferred
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and pipelines without anything slipping
- Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, Reality Capture, and prefabrication industries
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job boards, Microsoft Outlook, Rippling, and ClickUp
- Ability to complete the application in English
- CEFR English proficiency rating required
- English-language resume following the Coconut VA Profile Template
- One-minute introduction video link, preferably recorded using Loom
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week
- Availability during CST
