About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of client relationships and drive adoption, retention, and growth of CodaMetrix’s AI-powered autonomous coding solutions
  • Execute client-specific growth strategies to increase usage and adoption and cultivate upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and expand account footprint
  • Scale advanced analytics into insights that help clients make data-driven decisions
  • Partner with Product to drive adoption of new features and functionality and align the client adoption pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Implementation, and Product on sales support, client transitions, and account planning
  • Own cross-functional outcomes, manage at-risk dependencies, and escalate internally before customer impact
  • Monitor client health, proactively resolve issues, and run regular business reviews
  • Manage account escalations through resolution while maintaining strong relationships
  • Represent client feedback internally to inform product development and track industry and competitive trends
  • Senior Account Director: proactively identify delivery risks, drive cross-team resolution, escalate to leadership, mentor the team, build shared best practices, and develop subject matter expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in account management focused on strategic client relationships and revenue growth
  • 3+ years in healthcare
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to present data and insights effectively
  • Track record of resolving risk before it reaches the client
  • Willingness to navigate internal stakeholders and barriers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies preferred
  • Prior startup experience preferred
  • Background check required upon acceptance of a job offer
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Senior Account Director alternative: 8+ years in account management, including 5+ years in healthcare managing large accounts; experience mentoring or managing account managers/CSMs; track record owning cross-functional escalations to resolution
