About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently deliver complex, high-reliability integrations between CodaMetrix’s AI-driven coding platform and customer health systems
  • Provide technical leadership for the Integrations team across product development and implementations
  • Independently take integration projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Machine Learning, Product, and Professional Services teams
  • Participate in project activities, status meetings, and reviews of engineers’ designs and code
  • Write and test advanced integrations between customers and core CodaMetrix services
  • Own the architecture and design of integration services within the broader CodaMetrix solution
  • Partner with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to ensure pipelines provide clean, complete clinical data for model inputs
  • Troubleshoot data-quality issues affecting downstream AI model performance
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, and testing while validating generated output

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years of architecture, development and implementation experience
  • Experience with HL7v2 and FHIR technologies
  • Deep and broad knowledge of integration engines such as Mirth and Rhapsody
  • Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Claude Code, with judgment to review and validate output
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data pipelines and understanding of how upstream data quality affects model accuracy
  • Cloud computing experience
  • Experience with HTTP(s), REST, (S)FTP, TCP/IP, JSON, CSV, and XML
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with JavaScript
  • Advanced integration/interface development, testing, and delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field
  • Must complete a background check upon acceptance of a job offer
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; application asks whether U.S. employment visa sponsorship will be required
